All appointments must be booked in advance. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-shows will be charged the full price of the booked services.
We recommend parking in the 4-hour parking on Willis Street. Alternatively, you can park on Stanhope Street, which offers all-day parking for $6.00. You can visit our Instagram highlights to view the parking map.
A thorough consultation will be provided before any service. Clients are encouraged to communicate their preferences and desired results. The salon will make every effort to achieve the desired outcome.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service.
Refunds are not provided for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with the service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.
We follow strict sanitation and safety protocols in accordance with health regulations. Clients displaying symptoms of illness are advised to reschedule their appointment to ensure the safety of all clients and staff.
